General information

The new way of running: With the Virtual Run, reality and virtuality blur and you decide how your personal Virtual Run looks like.

With the "Virtual Run" you don't have to be physically present in Luxembourg on the event day. Simply cover the 5.5 km distance at the place where you are at the moment. No matter if you are in Hamburg, Paris or at home - you are still part of the team! Each "Virtual Runner" will be considered in the "Largest Team" ranking. So you can support your colleagues from all over the world! In addition, we are also introducing the exclusive "Virtual Runner" classification. The fastest virtual runners (individual classification) will be awarded for their performance.

You can't run on the day of the event because you have an important meeting or other appointments? No problem! As a "Virtual Runner" you can run the company run during the week of the event between Wednesday and Sunday.

Virtual Run with viRACE

Experience the BusinessRun feeling virtually with your colleagues, start on September 17th at 7 p.m. and complete the 5.5 km on your favourite course. Everyone runs the track individually or in small groups in compliance with the valid distance and hygiene rules

Thanks to the running app viRACE the Virtual Run is now more than just a conventional everyday run after work. After the online registration you will be activated in the app for the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun, where you can also view the list of results directly after the run.

What is special about viRACE? The GPS tracks the data of all participants so that you can compare and measure yourself live with your boss, colleague or trainee – virtual team building without direct contact. Fun is guaranteed! Simply mark the people you want to compare yourself with as favourites. By live updates of your intermediate results and interactions you will regularly get a motivation push!
